Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of quital.in and any marketing or financial-product service you access through it.

Last updated: 19 July 2026

1. Who these terms cover

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to anyone who visits quital.in, submits the opt-in form, or otherwise engages with Quital ("Quital", "we", "us") in connection with our digital marketing services or our distribution of third-party financial products.

2. What Quital does

Quital operates in two related lines of business:

  • Digital marketing: we plan, run, and measure paid campaigns and creative for client brands.
  • Financial product distribution: we act as a marketing and lead-referral partner for banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders ("Lending Partners"). We are not a lender, and we do not underwrite, approve, or disburse any loan or credit product ourselves.

3. Not a lender, not financial advice

Any personal loan, credit card, business loan, or other financial product referenced on this site is offered by a third-party Lending Partner, not by Quital. Approval, interest rates, fees, and terms of any financial product are decided solely by the relevant Lending Partner. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice — you should review a Lending Partner's own terms before accepting any offer.

4. The opt-in form

By submitting the form at quital.in/form, you confirm that:

  • the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you;
  • you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a financial agreement;
  • you have given the consents shown on the form, including consent to be contacted by Quital and/or the Lending Partner(s) relevant to your enquiry.

Submitting the form does not guarantee that any Lending Partner will contact you, make you an offer, or approve any application.

5. OTP verification

We may send a one-time password to the mobile number you provide to verify that it belongs to you. Do not share this code with anyone; Quital will never ask for it over a phone call.

6. Deduplication and data sharing with partners

To avoid sending duplicate leads to a Lending Partner, we check submissions against dedupe systems operated by us or by our partners before a lead is forwarded. If you tick the optional sharing consent on the form, your details may be shared with more than one Lending Partner in our network.

7. Marketing services clients

If you engage Quital for digital marketing services, the specific scope, deliverables, fees, and reporting cadence for your campaign will be set out in a separate signed proposal or insertion order, which takes precedence over this general page for that engagement.

8. Intellectual property

All content on quital.in — copy, design, and code — belongs to Quital or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

9. Limitation of liability

Quital is not liable for decisions made by a Lending Partner, for the accuracy of a third party's offer, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

12. Contact
