When you submit the opt-in form at quital.in/form, we collect:
We share your details with:
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.
If you've given consent on the opt-in form, we and/or our Lending Partners may contact you by call, SMS, or WhatsApp, including on numbers registered on the National Do Not Call Registry, for the specific purpose you enquired about. You can withdraw this consent at any time (see Section 7).
We retain your details for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose you submitted them for, to meet our contractual obligations to Lending Partners, and to comply with applicable record-keeping laws — typically no longer than necessary, after which the data is deleted or anonymised.
Form submissions are encrypted in transit, and access to stored lead data is restricted to staff and systems that need it to process your enquiry. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we work to keep our systems current with industry practice.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to attribute a lead to the campaign that generated it and to prevent duplicate submissions. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect attribution but won't stop the site from working.
Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
