Privacy Policy

How Quital collects, uses, and shares your information when you visit quital.in or submit the opt-in form.

Last updated: 19 July 2026

1. Information we collect

When you submit the opt-in form at quital.in/form, we collect:

  • your full name, mobile number, email address, and city;
  • the product or service you've expressed interest in;
  • the consents you've given, with a timestamp;
  • technical data such as your IP address, device type, and the campaign or link that referred you, used to prevent fraud and duplicate submissions.

2. How we use it

  • To verify your mobile number by OTP.
  • To route your enquiry to the right team internally, or to the relevant Lending Partner(s) you've consented to.
  • To check for duplicate or previously-submitted leads before forwarding your details anywhere.
  • To contact you by phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp about the product or service you enquired about.
  • To measure and improve our campaigns — for example, which channel a lead came from.

3. Who we share it with

We share your details with:

  • Lending Partners relevant to the financial product you selected, so they can contact you about an offer;
  • service providers who support us technically — tracking and attribution platforms, SMS/WhatsApp gateways, and hosting providers — under confidentiality obligations;
  • additional Lending Partners in our network only if you ticked the optional sharing consent on the form.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.

4. Marketing communications

If you've given consent on the opt-in form, we and/or our Lending Partners may contact you by call, SMS, or WhatsApp, including on numbers registered on the National Do Not Call Registry, for the specific purpose you enquired about. You can withdraw this consent at any time (see Section 7).

5. Data retention

We retain your details for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose you submitted them for, to meet our contractual obligations to Lending Partners, and to comply with applicable record-keeping laws — typically no longer than necessary, after which the data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Security

Form submissions are encrypted in transit, and access to stored lead data is restricted to staff and systems that need it to process your enquiry. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we work to keep our systems current with industry practice.

7. Your choices

  • Withdraw consent: email privacy@quital.in or reply "STOP" to any SMS/WhatsApp message to opt out of further contact.
  • Access or correction: you can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at the same email address.
  • Deletion: you can request deletion of your data, subject to any record-keeping obligations we owe our Lending Partners or regulators.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to attribute a lead to the campaign that generated it and to prevent duplicate submissions. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect attribution but won't stop the site from working.

9. Children

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
